What data we process
Company, VAT number (NIF), name, email, phone, district, intended use, comments and the chosen configuration. To limit abuse, we also store an identifier derived from the IP address, without storing the address in plain text.
Purpose and legal basis
To prepare and send the quote, manage the reservation and contact you about the request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts the site and records requests (D1 database); Resend sends the quote by email; Tindra, the company's sales management system, receives the data needed to follow up your request. We do not sell data.
Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. How long

Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

This website does not use cookies. When enabled in production, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance without cookies. Requests and reservations are counted on the server. Fonts are hosted on the website itself.

Pages with videos show thumbnails loaded from YouTube (Google) servers, which discloses your IP address to Google. The video itself only loads when you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com; from that moment, Google may process usage data and store information on your device, under its own privacy policy. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
