How the reservation works
Reservation deposit of €500 + VAT (€615 at 23%), deducted from the price. The transfer is a reservation request; only JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance starts the 14–16 week estimate and the 20-week limit for delivery to the customer.

If it cannot accept, it refunds everything within 10 working days; after acceptance, the reservation deposit is not refundable on simple withdrawal
3. Arrival and inspection at JP
No interim payment
JP confirms the arrival, documentation, configuration and balance; once the unit is inspected and ready to ship, it invoices the balance
Arrival at the warehouse does not restart the delivery period to the customer
4. Balance and dispatch to the customer
Agreed total including VAT, less €615
15 days to pay the invoice; no collection or dispatch without payment in full
If payment is not made, written notice to pay within 8 days before JP may terminate in writing, resell and keep the reservation deposit, without prejudice to legal rights
If JP cannot accept or confirm the order with the manufacturer, it refunds everything within 10 working days. The right to double the deposit for non-performance attributable to JP remains in place.
The reservation applies to the main range (lithium FE and V series). The made-to-order models go straight from the quote to a firm order.
How to reserve
Reservation deposit of €500 + VAT (€615 at 23%), deducted from the price, by transfer to JP Solar Solutions, Lda. — Caixa Geral de Depósitos. IBAN PT50 0035 0009 0001 4369 8301 7 · BIC CGDIPTPL. Use the reservation number as the payment reference. Do not transfer without a quote and configuration agreed in writing.
- Configure the forklift and send the reservation request.
- You receive the quote and the request number by email. Nothing is charged through the form.
- We agree the configuration, the equipment price and the after-sales service in writing.
- The transfer is a reservation request. JP confirms receipt and acceptance in writing within 3 working days of receipt. If it cannot accept, it refunds everything within 10 working days. The confirmation states the start date and the latest delivery date to the customer.
Lead time and transport
Delivery to the customer is estimated at 14–16 weeks, with a limit of 20 weeks from JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance. Shipping, arrival at the warehouse and payment of the balance do not restart or extend the count.
Transport is quoted afterwards and separately with a carrier, to the stated destination. You can collect from Esmolfe instead. Unloading equipment or ramps suitable for the forklift are required at the destination.
Questions
When is the reservation accepted?
The transfer is a reservation request. JP confirms receipt and acceptance in writing within 3 working days. If it cannot accept, it refunds everything within 10 working days.
Can I withdraw after reserving?
After JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance, the reservation deposit is not refundable on simple withdrawal. Refunds for non-performance and the right to double the deposit where the non-performance is attributable to JP remain in place.
When do I pay the balance?
When the forklift arrives, is inspected at the JP warehouse and is ready to ship, JP invoices the balance with 15 days to pay. No collection or dispatch without payment in full. Once the invoice is overdue, JP gives written notice to pay within 8 days before it may terminate in writing, resell the unit and keep the reservation deposit, unless JP is in breach or you are legitimately exercising your rights.
What if delivery is late?
If delivery exceeds 20 weeks from JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance, for reasons not attributable to the customer, you can cancel and receive everything you paid within 10 working days. The right to double the deposit where the non-performance is attributable to JP remains in place.
