Service and warranty

Current manufacturer's terms
| Manufacturer's warranty | 12 months or 2,000 hours (current manufacturer's terms, confirmed in each quotation) |
| Terms | Agreed in writing before the reservation deposit is paid |
| Controller | Zapi, alternating current |
The manufacturer's terms do not affect the seller's legal liability. Sales are intended for companies and sole traders for business use.
What to confirm in your quotation
Before paying the reservation, ask for the after-sales service terms in writing: who carries out diagnostics and repairs, where the work is done, parts available and response time.
Battery coverage, the maintenance plan and training services need specific confirmation. A workshop network, parts in stock or a response time are not promised.
Also check the documentation for the truck and the charger, including the declaration of conformity and the manual in Portuguese.
What to confirm before paying the reservation
The after-sales service terms in Portugal are agreed in writing before the reservation deposit is paid, together with the configuration and the equipment price. Transport is quoted afterwards and separately, with collection in Esmolfe as an alternative. Review these terms before paying: once accepted by JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance, the reservation is not refundable if you simply change your mind.
Before choosing a supplier, check: who carries out repairs, how quickly, which parts are in stock, where controller diagnostics are done and what the battery warranty covers.
