Lead time and terms
Delivery to the customer estimated at 14–16 weeks from the reservation accepted by JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance. Reservation deposit of €500 + VAT (€615 at 23%), deducted from the price. The bank transfer is a reservation request; JP confirms receipt and acceptance in writing within 3 working days. If it cannot accept, it refunds everything within 10 working days. Once accepted, the reservation deposit is not refundable if you simply change your mind. The right to double the deposit remains where the breach is attributable to JP. No interim payment. The balance of the agreed final price, less the deposit, is due after arrival and inspection at the JP warehouse and before collection or dispatch to the customer. JP confirms the arrival, documentation, configuration and balance in writing. When the forklift is ready to ship, JP invoices the balance, with 15 days to pay. Without payment in full there is no collection or dispatch. If the invoice falls due unpaid, JP gives written notice to pay within 8 days; only then may it terminate in writing, resell the unit and keep the deposit, unless JP is in breach or you are legitimately exercising your rights. Arrival at the warehouse does not restart the delivery period. Warranty of 12 months or 2,000 hours (current manufacturer's terms, confirmed in each quotation), without prejudice to the seller's legal liability.

Maximum gradeability: the brochure figure is not a safe operating limit for every floor, load or configuration. Confirm the permissible conditions with UN. Ramps used to unload from transport also require their own assessment. Check floor, outdoor areas and ramps (PT).

UN FE FB30 frequently asked questions
How much does the UN FE FB30 forklift cost?
The base price is €21,960 plus VAT and transport, quoted by the carrier. The base version includes: Lithium 80 V/280 Ah, 3,000 mm duplex mast, manual 1,070 mm forks, pneumatic tyres, standard charger and 1,070 mm forks. Options add to or deduct from the base; the configurator shows each difference and the equipment subtotal.
Which battery does the UN FE FB30 come with?
The base version includes an 80 V/280 Ah (22.4 kWh) lithium battery with an 80 V/100 A charger, REMA plug. The brochure lists other capacities (304, 346, 460, 560, 608 Ah); only versions with a defined price are available in the configurator. We estimate about 6 h of continuous work under moderate use; with charging during breaks, it covers one shift. Actual runtime depends on the duty cycle.
How much does the UN FE FB30 lift at 3,000 mm?
With the base-version mast (3,000 mm wide-view duplex), the UN brochure states 3,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre. The table on this page shows the capacity for each mast.
What aisle width does the UN FE FB30 need?
According to the UN brochure, the working aisle (Ast) is 3,875 mm with a 1,000×1,200 mm pallet crosswise, and the outer turning radius is 2,210 mm. Check against your warehouse measurements, allowing room to manoeuvre.
What is the difference between the UN FE FB30 and the UN V FB30?
The V series, like the UN V FB30, has a side-extraction lithium battery, which can make battery access and swapping between shifts easier. The base price of the V is €24,400 plus VAT and transport, on the same base version. The FE series has technical data and a capacity-per-mast table published by the manufacturer.
What is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery is 14–16 weeks, counted from JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance. If it exceeds 20 weeks for reasons not attributable to you, you can cancel and receive back everything you paid.
