Indicative transport of one forklift to your address, excl. VAT and unloading: mainland Portugal €550 (Faro, Beja, Évora and Portalegre districts: €1,150); Spain €500; France, Benelux, Italy and Germany €1,200; other countries on request. The final price is set in the quote.
Unloading is the customer’s responsibility: taking a forklift off the truck needs another forklift of 5 t or an overhead crane. If you have neither, we quote delivery on a low-loader with ramps, so the forklift drives off by itself, or on a crane truck.
Reservation deposit of €500 + VAT (€615 at 23%), deducted from the price, not refundable if you simply change your mind after JP's written confirmation of receipt and acceptance.

Lead time and terms
Estimated delivery in 14–16 weeks after we confirm the reservation in writing. If it goes beyond 20 weeks for reasons not attributable to you, you can cancel and get back everything you paid.
The balance is paid when the forklift is ready at the JP warehouse, before collection or dispatch. Warranty of 12 months or 2,000 hours (current manufacturer condition, confirmed in each proposal).

The base price is €24,990 excl. VAT. The base version includes: Lithium 80 V/280 Ah with side extraction, 3,000 mm duplex mast, manual 1,070 mm forks, pneumatic tyres and standard charger. Options add to or deduct from the base; the configurator shows each difference and the equipment subtotal.
Which battery does the UN V FB35 come with?
The base version includes a 76.8 V/280 Ah lithium battery (21.5 kWh) with an 80 V/100 A charger, REMA plug. The brochure lists other capacities (304 Ah); only the versions with a set price are available in the configurator. UN states 3 h of continuous work, without stops. A real shift has stops; with charging during breaks, the lithium battery can last a full shift. Real run time depends on the work cycle.
What is the difference between the UN V FB35 and the UN FE FB35?
The V has a lithium battery with side battery extraction, which can make battery access and shift changeovers easier. The FE series, such as the UN FE FB35, with a base price of €22,550 plus VAT on the same base version, has technical data and a capacity table per mast published by the manufacturer.
Who provides technical service and the warranty?
Technical service is provided by JP Solar Solutions, with its own technical team, from the warehouse in Esmolfe, Penalva do Castelo: diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, spare parts and warranty claims with UN. The manufacturer’s warranty is 12 months or 2,000 hours (current manufacturer’s terms, confirmed in each quotation). Service and warranty.
What if the company is outside Portugal?
Customers outside Portugal have the same warranty of 12 months or 2,000 hours. Service is carried out at our warehouse in Esmolfe, Penalva do Castelo: the customer brings or ships the equipment, and transport is at their expense. Parts can be sent by carrier and diagnosis can be done remotely, by video.
