Electric forklift price in 2026, by series and capacity

A new counterbalance electric forklift with a lithium battery, from 1.5 to 3.5 t, costs in our range between €17,530 and €29,750 in the base version, excl. VAT. The price depends on the series, capacity, battery and what the supply includes. Electric forklift price by series, 2026

Base price excl. VAT, in each model's standard version (3,000 mm duplex mast, 1,070 mm forks, pneumatic tyres, no side shift, standard lithium battery and charger):

The models with a configurator

In the FE and V series, from 2 to 3.5 t, every option has a published price. All on the same base version (3,000 mm duplex mast, 1,070 mm manually adjusted forks, pneumatic tyres, the base lithium battery and the charger), in euros, plus VAT:

Price list of 22-10-2026. Each model has a single base price, with no general launch discount. Side shift and fork positioner are options. Options add to the base version. The quote confirms the supply and the applicable terms. Price list valid until 31-12-2026.

How to compare quotes on the market

Compare new and used machines separately. Note the date of the quote, hours of use, battery condition and capacity, mast, attachments, warranty and transport. What makes the price vary

1. Capacity and series

From 2.0 to 3.5 t, the chassis, counterweight, drive motor (11 to 16 kW in the FE series) and battery all grow. In our list, the FE FB35 base price is €2,070 higher than the FE FB25; with the same mast, the same tyres and no side shift, the difference comes from the larger base battery (280 Ah vs 150 Ah) and the 3.5 t chassis. Across series, the FL with the Enpower controller is the cheapest and the high-voltage FH the most expensive.

2. Battery

In a lithium forklift, the battery is one of the most expensive parts. Energy is measured in kWh: 80 V × 280 Ah = 22.4 kWh. Going from 280 to 304 Ah on the FE FB30 costs €560. Larger batteries, up to 608 Ah on the 3 t, are in the manufacturer's catalogue but outside the priced choices in this configurator; they are not assumed to be in the base version. 3. Mast

A full free-lift triplex, which raises the load without the mast rising, costs more than a duplex and reduces capacity at height. An FE FB25 that lifts 2,500 kg with the 3 m duplex lifts 2,200 kg with the 4.5 m triplex, according to the manufacturer's table. Always compare capacity at the height you need.

4. Attachments

Examples of extras over the base version (manually adjusted forks), in the 3 to 3.5 t class: hook-on side shift €830, which moves the forks sideways; fork positioner with side shift €2,990, which also opens and closes the forks; closed cab €2,730; reversing camera €790; telematics €330.

5. What is included

Compare quotes with the same battery, mast and attachments. VAT is added to our prices. Unloading needs suitable equipment or ramps at the destination. Confirm these before transport and always ask what each quote includes.

From the base price to the total including VAT

The base price is the starting point. The equipment price adds the options the job requires and then VAT. The examples below do the full calculation with the prices and options published on this site.

The options that move the price most

Each option adds to the base version. The amount changes with the forklift class; the two examples below are the FE FB25 (2.5 t) and the FE FB35 (3.5 t):

Prices excl. VAT, from the UN option list applied to our price table. «No price for this model»: the option is not available with a price in the configurator for that model. The exact price of each option for the chosen model is shown in the configurator and on the model page.

Two patterns help with budgeting. The mast and the fork positioner are the options that add most on a warehouse machine; the cab and the mini-lever controls weigh even more, but only make sense in specific cases. Solid tyres and the side shift each add less than one thousand euros.

Three examples, from the base price to the total

Example B, starting from €20,480:

• 280 Ah battery: + €1,420
• integrated side shift: + €800
• suspension seat: + €210

Example C, starting from €22,550:

• 4.5 m triplex: + €2,610
• hook-on side shift: + €830
• solid tyres: + €910

Example C is the configuration used in the lithium or lead-acid calculator. The UN table gives 3,350 kg for the FE FB35 with a 4.5 m triplex mast, at a 500 mm load centre and without attachments. This example includes a side shift: the capacity of the assembled unit must be confirmed with the manufacturer.

What is added to the equipment price

• IVA: 23% in Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira. Company in another EU country with a VAT number valid in VIES: 0% VAT (intra-Community supply, Article 14 of the RITI; reverse charge by the buyer). Give the VAT number with the country prefix; without a valid number, Portuguese VAT (23%) applies. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: 0% VAT (export); customs clearance and import taxes are paid by the customer.
• Unloading. Unloading equipment or ramps suitable for the machine are required at the destination. If you do not have them, include that cost in the comparison.
• Charger installation. The socket and the site's electrical panel are not part of the equipment price. Check the power supply the charger requires.
• Operator training and inspections of work equipment, which are the employer's obligations (Portuguese Decree-Law 50/2005). They are not included in the price unless agreed in writing.

Questions to ask any supplier

1. Is the price with or without VAT? Does it include delivery and unloading?
2. What is the battery: technology, voltage, Ah and kWh? What is the charger?
3. What is the residual capacity with the proposed mast, at the height I need?
4. Who provides the service, how quickly and with which parts in stock?
5. What is the warranty, who carries it out and what does it cover on the battery?
6. Do you supply the EU declaration of conformity and a manual in my language?
7. What is the lead time, counted from when, and what happens if it slips?

In the configurator, the priced alternatives add to or deduct from the base version. VAT is added separately.
